Hello Syah,
Thanks for taking the time to ask us your question. ๐
The word 'bottled' is an adjective meaning 'kept or stored in a bottle,' therefore it's not in past tense it's just describing the water.
I hope this is helpful to you. ๐๐
Sincerely,

Why he asks "Do we have any bottled water?" instead of Do we have any bottle water? Why is it past tense?

Hi again Ronald,
Thanks for taking the time to write to us.
"To be left" means to stay in a place. For example, "I left my hat at the service station" or "I don't want to be the only one left in the surf."
Please feel free to shoot through any questions you have throughout your studies.
Kindly,

I'm in doubt with the expression 'to be left'. I can't associate it in the context. I was finding in the dictionary and it's still not clear because has different meaning.
