Take care
The phrase "take care" is a commonly used as a parting expression. It can also be combined with the word "bye," so you can say "take care now, bye." It's a friendly way to say goodbye to people.
If you know that you are going to see the person again, there is a different phrase you should use.
See you later
[slowly] See you later
See you later
We can also say "see you," which is the shortened version of "see you later."
If you want to sound like a pro, here's a phrase for you.
Have a nice day
[slowly] Have a nice day
Have a nice day
When parting, it's often nice to wish somebody well. For example, you can say, "have a nice day" to someone that you won't see again until another time. This expression is a warmer way of saying "goodbye" to somebody, both formally and informally.
Let's wrap up this lesson by recapping what you've learned. Listen to the words and repeat after me.
