Hello Spencer,

Thank you for your question.

It is hard to say where you should pay for parking when you stay in a hotel. It is often different for each hotel - sometimes they have a carpark available for their guest's cars (this could be free or paid at the hotel). If you are staying in a big city, often hotels don't have their own carpark so you might have to pay at a parking machine or to a private carpark company.

I hope this is helpful to you.

Cheers,

Eva

Hello,

I am always confused about how to pay the parking fare when I stay in a hotel? Should I pay in the parking lot machine or at the reception?

When I look for the hotel in the town I always check the location of this hotel. The hotels can be close to the sightseeing, downtown, airoport or close to the public transportation or close to the nice view. So you can choose whatever you need. I always read reviews - what people think about service and clean. And the free breakfast is also very important!

Hello Akifumi,

Thank you for posting.

(Only Half the battle) means there is more to do. like in a war you can win a piece of terrain from the enemy, but not have won the battle. so saying (Taking this outpost is only half the battle) Just means there is more to do before you can rest or relax.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Cheers,

Patricia
