Custom Computer Solutions, this is Jessica. How may I help you?
Hello. We placed a big order with you for computer monitors, hard drives, and accessories lately.
I see. Did you receive everything in your order?
We got all of the items, except that some of the monitors were broken.
I’m sorry to hear that. We can replace those of course. Was there anything else?
Yes. Many of my team members have been having problems with the hard drives. Frankly, this is unacceptable. Unless you can offer a satisfactory solution, we will be forced to find a new supplier.
We will be happy to replace the hard drives as well. Once you have returned the broken items, we will be able to send you the new ones.
And what if we just want a refund?
We can give you a refund, provided that you send us the broken items first.
I’ll discuss this with my supervisor and let you know.
