You are correct! There are many difference between US English and British English, it's great you have been able to notice and understand some of the different vocabulary.

Feel free to shoot through any questions you have throughout your studies.

There are some differences between US English and British English in the topic, such as:

Hairstylist- hairdresser

Reservation - appointment

Little bit - a little

Bangs - fringe

Shampoo - washing.

Hello Laurent,

Thankyou for your post! ๐Ÿ˜„

You can use "Got it!" as a statement to demonstrate your understanding. For example:

Person A: "Go left at the lights, then turn first right and the bank is opposite the post office."

Person B: "Great, got it! - thankyou!"

I hope this is helpful to you.

Cheers,

Eva

Your provided vocabularies obviously are very important for my English learning. But I would like to have an advice on both accent American and Brish. Sometime due to shorten time not to cover overally is it upon me to read both accents?
