| Actually, I’m off next week. I’m going on a road trip with my parents. |
| You must be so excited! Have a good trip! |
| In this third line, the person is making the strong assumption, based on the context and what they already know, that the person they are speaking to is "so excited." |
| They do this by stating the subject, followed by "must be," and then an adjective phrase. |
