Let’s look at the main dialogue.
A person is explaining an issue they are having.
"Yes. Many of my team members have been having problems with the hard drives. Frankly, this is unacceptable. Unless you can offer a satisfactory solution, we will be forced to find a new supplier."
This dialogue shows how consequences are expressed. Phrases like “Unless you can offer…” or “provided that” are used to show conditions that must be met.
